Data of all website users will be maintained by TGN in accordance with this Privacy Statement. User privacy is important to us. Our commitment to users' privacy is translated into information practices expressed throughout this document.

This Privacy Statement is an integral part of our website and the services offered to you and cannot, in any way, be separated from the membership, usage or transaction process. TGN MEMBER REGISTRATION: There are two type of TGN Members; Public and TGN. To become a Public member you must provide your name, address, district, province and zip code, country, telephone number, and e-mail. To become a TGN Member, occupation, and nationality are required. This information is collected on the registration form for several reasons including: (1) personal identification; (2) to allow us to contact you for customer service, if necessary; (3) to customize the content and make product improvements to the site. In addition, your email address is collected to send you an email message confirming your new member registration, change password, reservation, booking, reminder, payment, postpone.

At registration, you may also be asked to submit certain optional information. This may include your date of birth, hobby, golf level, golf club, time-of-play preferences, club preferences and membership of golf. Again, this information is optional, and is used to identify you to the rest of the TGN community, and to allow other members to search for golfers that have similar tastes and preferences.

2. TEE TIME TRANSACTIONS AND CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

When making a golf tee time reservation on http://thaigolfnetwork.com, Golf IBE will collect only information about booking and contact whilst credit card information will be collected on Krungsri e-payment system of Bank of Ayudhya whose system is secured for online payment of Visa, Master, and JCB

By accepting making a tee time reservation on thaigolfnetwork.com, you:

1. agree to follow reservation rule preset in the thaigolfnetwork.com described in Terms and Conditions
2. authorize TGN to transmit your name, address, E-mail address, and reservation details to the golf course at which you make reservation; and acknowledge that the course's operators may contact you as they see necessary.
3. allow TGN to send you E-mail or SMS to keep you inform of the reservation details or reminder

By accepting making a tee time booking on thaigolfnetwork.com, you:

1. acknowledge that credit card information is input into Krungsri e-Payment which is owned and managed by Bank of Ayudhya
2. agree to settle the amount informed either via credit card or bank transfer where fee of both are paid by TGN
3. are aware of receiving E-mail and SMS upon successful e-payment
4. acknowledge that the paid booking is non-refundable
5. acknowledge that green fee bought via the system is transferable
6. acknowledge that the “TGN Price” booking can be postponed 1 time within the specified period stated in Terms and Conditions, either via EDIT Booking History in user’s profile or contact TGN Support 0-2274-7252
7. accept that green fee not quote as “TGN Price” such as special price, tee-time special, or promotion are unable to postpone

Although TGN is using its most reasonable effort to provide an Internet reservation/booking system for customers desiring to reserve/book rounds at golf courses participating in its network, you understand that TGN is providing its reservation/booking service "as is". This is because Golf IBE allows golf courses to access and directly provide information, tee-time slots and price by themselves. Therefore, warranties on the tee-time reserved/booked are on the golf courses. TGN's maximum liability for any damages that you may suffer or that may result from your use of the reservation system will not exceed the aggregate booking fee paid. In no event will TGN or golf courses be liable for any consequential, incidental or any such damages or for lost profits of any kind, even if apprised of the possibility of any such damages.

3. INFORMATION USE

Cookies: Cookies are small pieces of information stored on your computer tied to information about you. We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. For the session ID cookie, once you close the browser, the cookie simply terminates. A persistent cookie is a small text file stored on your hard drive for an extended period of time. 5. COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE SITE

Special Offers and Updates: We send all new TGN members a welcoming email to validate email address. Established members will occasionally receive information on products, services, and special deals.

Service Announcements: On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance we might send users an email. Generally, users may not opt-out of these communications, though they can deactivate their account. However, these communications are not promotional in nature.

Moreover, this technology is used for confirmation as to the existing of TGN Web Site. TGN uses 128 Bits Secured Socket Layer for transferring data.

Data Encryption: Data Encryption is employed in respect of vital information; such as, Password which is the information on where stringent security is concentrated by TGN.

Scan Virus: Scan virus software has been installed onto all computers of TGN, specially the Server, with regularly updated.

Auto Log Off: User should log off every time after transactions completed. However, the system will, for your security, be automatically logged off within an appropriate period of time for each use of the services.

Credit Card Payment: When users book tee-time with credit card, the system will pass through to Krungsri Online, the internet banking facility owned by Bank of Ayudhya. The Bank has its own strict security policy and TGN will not keep any credit card information in our system.

10. CORRECTING/UPDATING/DELETING/DEACTIVATING PERSONAL INFORMAYION

User can correct/update personally identifiable information (such as phone, email or postal address) or deactivate or delete if no longer desires our service. TGN provides a way to correct, update or delete/deactivate user's personally identifiable information. Members can change their personal information on the member profile page of our website.
